An admission ticket is required to enter premium zones.
* No fee is required to join the stamp rally.
Admission tickets will be valid for a specific date between November 11 and 20.

- * Prices will vary when purchased with JM Coins (in-app coins).
- * Premium zones are only accessible on the date specified on the purchased ticket.
- * Only a limited number of tickets are available for a given day. Days will be listed as “SOLD OUT” when no more tickets are available.

Explore Osaka as part of THE CITY OSAKA’s metaverse event and find 18 hidden stamp rally spots. Stamp rally spots can all be accessed in JM UMEDA’s free zone.

ENTRY
1. Download the app
Download the free HH cross EVENTS app. (A desktop version is also available to install.)
Check the recommended operating environment and supported devices before downloading. (* Wi-Fi connectivity is recommended.)
The application display is in Japanese only.
The mobile app is only available from the Japanese-region Google Play Store or Apple App Store.International users are welcome to use the desktop version.
This service may detect viruses on terminals using anti-virus software (Avast).
This service requires a high-speed and stable Internet environment, so we recommend using a wired or Wi-Fi environment connected to a fixed line.
2. Register as a member
Registration as an HH cross member is required to use the app.
Launch the HH cross EVENTS app and register as a new user. (Registration is free.)
(1) Register using the "Register New" button.
(2) Enter your email address and tap/click "Send". A verification code (6-digit number) will be sent to the email address provided.
(3) Enter the verification code (6-digit number) in the email and tap/click "Verify".
3. Member Login
(1) Launch the HH cross EVENTS app and tap/click "START".
(2) Log in using your completed registration information.
* You may be asked to enter additional information after logging in.
4. Create your avatar and enter an area
(1) Create your desired avatar.
(2) Select a ticket to choose from the accessible areas.

Q. Is there a fee to join the event?
An admission ticket (with specified date; purchase required) is necessary to view the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR <ODE TO YOU> IN JAPAN online performance video and the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [BE THE SUN] photo exhibition.
Admission to the Entrance Zone (free zone) is free. Stamp rally spots are located in this zone.
Q. How can I purchase an admission ticket?
Admission tickets can be purchased from the ticket purchasing page. (Tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.)
Q. Can the admission ticket be used on dates other than the specified date?
Admission to premium zones is only possible on the date specified on the admission ticket (from 3:00 a.m. to 2:59 a.m. the following morning).
Admission to the free zone is possible at any time during the JM UMEDA event.
Q. What devices are supported by the HH cross EVENTS app?
Please see the "Recommended/supported devices" section on the HH cross help page before downloading. Use of the app may not be possible on unsupported devices.
Q. I am having trouble downloading/using the app. What should I do?
